Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) program helps you make lasting lifestyle changes by addressing causes of chronic disease. Teaching you to use your own lifestyle as means to turn your health around in a positive direction. Available to team members and their spouses, this program integrates optimal nutrition, exercise, and behavioral psychology principles and tools. This reward is worth 20 wellness incentive points.
This 9-week program will meet every Tuesday from 11:00am-12:00pm starting August 9th, 2022 and will end October 4th, 2022.
